Point of sale & ERPFree forever core

The counter,
the stockroom
and the books.

One system instead of a till, a stock spreadsheet and an accountant’s shoebox. SumPOS bills, counts, orders, posts the ledger and files your tax invoices - on every device you own, and it keeps selling when the internet stops.

Everything, actually connected

Not five tools taped together. One system.

Most businesses run a till, a stock spreadsheet, an accounting package and a WhatsApp group, then spend every month end reconciling them. SumPOS replaces the whole arrangement.

The four numbers you check at 11pm

Sales, margin, site variance and anything unusual - live, on the phone in your pocket. Everything else is one tap deeper.

Why this is different

The problem was never the till. It was the gaps between systems.

Every business we talk to has already solved billing. What they have not solved is the space between the counter, the stockroom and the accountant - which is where the money quietly goes.

How it usually runs
With SumPOS
A till here, stock in Excel, books at the accountant's office
One ledger behind every sale, purchase and adjustment
Internet drops and the shop stops selling
Local-first checkout that never waits for a network
Month end spent reconciling three systems that disagree
Statements ready on the first, because nothing needs merging
A quarter of every delivery order lost to commission
Your own QR menu and storefront, commission-free
Compliance handled by hand, or not at all
Invoices reported to the tax authority as they are created
A monthly bill before you have even proved the software works
A free core forever - unlimited registers, stores and transactions
One shared core

Written once. Identical everywhere.

Pricing rules, tax calculation, stock movement and journal entries all come from one shared core, compiled natively for Android, iOS, Windows, macOS and the web - so a discount rounds the same way on every device in your business.

Windows, Android or a browser - the same till

Barcode billing, split payments, held bills, returns and shift close. Every function works with no connection at all.

  • Shared domain logic - no per-platform drift
  • Native performance and native hardware access
  • Offline-capable on every target
  • Updates ship to all platforms at once

Tax compliance

Mandates that keep moving, handled quietly

Europe is on a country-by-country march to mandatory structured e-invoicing that runs to 2035. SumPOS generates the right document in the right format, routes it through the right network, and queues safely when a government service is unreachable - because compliance software that stops your business is worse than useless.

Also live for Saudi Arabia (ZATCA Phase 2) and Pakistan (FBR and the provincial authorities). Tell us which regime applies to you and we will give you an honest timeline rather than a maybe.

Onboarding

Live in a week, not a quarter

Switching systems is the part everyone dreads, which is why we do most of it for you. Here is exactly what happens, with no vagueness about who does what.

01Day 1

Bring your data, however messy

Send us the Excel file, the old system's export, or a photo of a stock register. Our onboarding team maps products, barcodes, costs, opening stock, customers and supplier balances with you - not a template you fill in alone.

02Day 1-3

We configure it for your trade

Tax rules, receipt layout, roles and permissions, price lists, printers and - where you need it - your tax authority integration, tested in sandbox before anything goes live.

03Day 3-5

Your team trains in one shift

Cashiers practise on a live-feeling sandbox with your own products. Managers get the twenty-minute version. Nobody learns a new system in front of a queue.

04Day 5+

Go live with someone on the line

We stay reachable through your first full trading day, including the evening rush. Then we check in at week one and month one, because that is when the real questions arrive.

What early customers actually noticed

Not the feature they were sold on - the thing that surprised them in the first month.

We ran the old system and SumPOS side by side for two weeks because I did not believe the offline claim. Then our fibre was cut by roadworks on a Saturday. One kept selling. One did not.

The thing that changed our numbers was not the till. It was gross margin by item, by hour. We cut eleven products in the first month and margin went up two points.

KSeF was the reason we started looking. It has been the least dramatic part of the whole migration, which is exactly what you want from compliance software.

Our accountant asked which package we export to. When I told him he could just log in and read the ledger, he went quiet, then asked whether we could move the other company across too.

Servers stopped writing orders on paper in week one. Kitchen errors dropped so sharply that our head chef asked what else the system could do.

I read the morning summary before I leave the house. Four numbers, thirty seconds, and I know whether to go to the warehouse or the shop floor.
